There’s a Change.org petition to get the charges dropped linked at the website.  Please read and sign if so inclined.  (Also please frigging reblog — when I started having sex the type of sex I was having was still illegal and prosecuted in a huge number of states. This is a battle that we’ve won and this girl is getting completely screwed over on, because she’s 18 and her gf is younger — an age difference of 5 years or less is regularly ignored in cases like this for heterosexual couples. This is ugly ugly bullshit).

I fucking hate this state.  They won’t let people die with dignity and they’re so fucking homophobic that they see an 18 year old as more of a threat than all the murderers and pedophiles running rampant here.
